Host was very responsive and this was a last minute booking as other host called "DINO" who has a lot of listings in this area, cancelled at last minute and ghosted us. Brian responded and was a very gracious host, his place was as described. Thank you Brian, we will stay again.

Brian is a great host. He responds quickly and communicates well. The property was clean and cozy. This is my second time staying at his property and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area.

This place was great. Very clean, smelled good, and a great location for a girls weekend in Tampa. Would 100% come back and stay here again, and it was great for the price. Brian was very attentive and was always making sure we were OK and asking if we needed anything.

Brian was amazing. We needed to stay at a property close to a local event. I gave Brian the address of the event and he took the time to run the route before I even booked. Customer service like that is top notch. That event is annual so we will be back next year for sure.
